All I did was loving - DIY - Outfit Inspiration

Another Collar Exmple
What you need:
1-) Any old white(or another color) blouse
3-)Scissors
4-)Pearls or old earrings like mine

How to do:
1-) In my case I had to seperate the pearls from the earring
2-) Cut off the collr of the blouse
3-)IMPORTANT: Don't cute of the button, so you can button it.
4-)Sew the pearls on the corner of the collar
Thats all!

Tomorrow's Look Inspiration:

Springs coming and I'm really happy, full of positive energy, feeling this good vibe in my blood.
Just like this song:

DIY - COLLAR

Tried this little DIY collar even it doesn't look perfect and some details need to be fixed,
it looks kinda good!
The only thing I left out was to sew the edges of the collar and fix the pearls tighter ;)
The blouse was just to show you how it'll look when woren with sth light like my sheere blouse in this photo.
So how did I make this DIY-collar?

What you need:
1-) some thick fabric in any kind of material
2-) pearls (from any old necklace)
3-) black cord and a needle
4-) scissors

Now to the steps:
1-)draw sth like a half moon onto this material
or print some templates from the internet if it doesn't work out
so:
mark the fabric with a light pen, how big you want your collar depends on yourself
then 2-)
cut it out but not the middle section because there you'll fold it over and use this one side as
the template for the other side of the collar, so both sides are symmetrical
3-)if you have folden it then you'll line the sides of it like a template and then just cut this side also out and fold it out
4-) sew the pearls either by hand or with a sewing machine
Thats all!

Hope you like it!

Spring Trend #1

COLLARS
Especially self-made ones are my favourite.
Woren with a simple sweater or a cute dress, to a nice blouse?
Doesn't matter!
With this little touch of cuteness/elegance you can make something simple into very unique
and if there are even lovely edits like pearls or lace it looks super chic and special.
I thought of doing a black Peter Pan collar with little pearls as a DIY!
So follow me me and see how to make one of these babys in one of my next posts!

What I've found today while browsing through youtube:

We are young ♥ - DIY

Vintage

DIY

cut off

All in one:

Little DIY and sneak peak for the upcoming Outfit Post, this time with my new Vintage Bag
from Mommy's closet. 1993 Enrico Benetti, I honestly don't knwo that brand or designer but my mom told me she bought it after my birth, which made me use it also for school. I'm obsessed with it and one more thing, there'll be more bags of mommy's 'ancient' closet, 'cause I've found lot's of these!
The Large oversized sweater is also very old that's why I just cut off the arms to make them more fittable for spring. Out of the arms I cut 3 stripes and braided them into a hairband.
To complete the look I took my lace ups and some grey stockings.
That's all:)
Follow me and see how it'll look in one Look,
which will be my next Post!

Smells like Spring!

Look of the Week-end:
Denim blouse with little DIY edits(collar)
Black asimetrical skirt(this season's must have) also DIY
but I decided to use another material for my next DIY-asimetrical skirt
thick socks and black wedges
flower head band again DIY made by my dear melike, she's so lovely and always so talented!
Photos again made by her, lots of kisses to her!

So spring's coming and flower prints are back!
I'm sooo happy finally it gets warmer and the sun shines all day
giving me this feeling just to get up and walk bare foot on the beach in the sand
 laying and inhealing the sun!
I really need this right now! so urgent!
but there are still 2-3 months left til holidays
and then the final countdown to my university exams.
So many things to do but so little time,
anyway hope you enjoyed your week-end and have a wonderful sunday
don't forget!
stay up to date for my next post, of course again with some new spring trends!

Dolce&Gabbana Baroque 2012

Gosh! I really do love this collection of D&G, the details and mix of different patterns, materials especially the flowers and lace edits are amazing. You can definetley see that they got inspired from the Baroque and of course the results are stunning.
So of course I got inspired by this whole flower concept and that's why there will be something with flowers in my next Outfit Post, here a little sneak peak:

Hope you like it,stay chic xx
